planning matters
As a statutory consultee we comment on applications received for planning consent within Salfords and Sidlow and submit comments within twenty-one days
Comments may be made on planning applications, tree preservation orders, as notified by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council or Surrey County Council. In addition, we may comment on planning applications made at neighbouring District Councils if we believe they will impact our villages.
We consider all appeals against planning refusal by the District or County Councils and may submit comments to the Department of the Environment.
We usually comment on matters relating to Gatwick Airport, Structure and Local Plans, Transport Plans etc, referred by senior authorities for comment.
Planning notification as received by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council or Surrey County Council will be posted here on a weekly basis. Final decisions on those applications will be posted on a monthly basis
